Adapted vehicle

b active auto icon bigWhatever your favourite type of vehicle may be, we have a conversion kit to make practically any brand into a wheelchair accessible vehicle. You can configure your vehicle to accommodate your family size and preferences. For private use, the most common choice is a wheelchair car in which the floor at the rear of the vehicle is lowered for easier access and more headroom. Depending on the size of the vehicle, additional seats can be fitted to transport more family members and friends. If you have a very large family, you may wish to consider a wheelchair bus. We sell conversion kits for up to nine able-bodied or four wheelchair passengers.

Quality and innovation

B-Style, inventor of the wheelchair van, has been building wheelchair vehicles since 1973. Over the years, the conversion kits have been further developed and improved, making a B-Style wheelchair van one of the best on the market. You can see this in the easy, intuitive operation, beautiful, sleek finish and – thanks to endurance tests – the long-lasting durability of all the components. This quality is widely recognised: we are a Mercedes-Benz VanPartner and Premium Partner of Volkswagen, and Stellantis has granted us Quality Certificate Level 3.

Ease of use

Everything is designed for maximum user-friendliness, like the belts that can be attached to the wheelchair while it is still outside the wheelchair van. An integrated safety feature prevents the wheelchair passenger from rolling backwards on the wheelchair ramp; only upward movement is possible. Super convenient! When driving without a wheelchair passenger, the wheelchair ramp can optionally be folded inwards for more luggage space. Operation of the wheelchair ramp can be made even lighter with an optional gas spring. A LED panel provides additional lighting in the low floor area as soon as the wheelchair van is opened.

Safe wheelchair van

You naturally want maximum protection for your family members during a drive. All the adaptations are tested and checked by an independent authority, such as the RDW or the TÜV. This way we and you can be sure that everything is safe.

The wheelchair can be secured to the floor with the supplied belts, and the safety belts for the wheelchair passenger are similar to those for the other passengers.

Want to buy a wheelchair van?

B-Style does not build wheelchair vans itself; we supply the conversion kits that makes this possible. Our conversion partners will build the wheelchair van for you. We have a large network of conversion partners worldwide, and we are always happy to put you in touch with them. If you are a conversion company yourself and want more information about our conversion kits, please contact us via the orange button at the top right.
