B-FiT

for retirement home and nursing home transport

b fit icon bigWhen transporting passengers with reduced mobility, you want as few obstacles as possible that can be tripped over. B-Style Mobility Solutions has found a solution for this in the form of a floor system, the B-FiT. These floors are purchased by vehicle converters worldwide to build wheelchair buses. We supply the B-FiT for various car brands, such as Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford, Citroën, Peugeot, Renault, Opel and Fiat.

Completely flat floor

The elderly and/or nursing home patients cannot trip over the attachment points. There are multiple wheelchair spaces in the B-FiT floor system; usually four, but in some cases six can be created. There are five belt anchor points coming out of the floor, to secure the wheelchair and passenger. When these wheelchair spaces are not being used, the belt points are stored in the floor, creating a flat floor.

Flexible layout

Up to eight tip-and-turn seats are placed on the floor, which can be used when the wheelchair spaces are not in use. This creates a very flexible wheelchair bus. Optionally, you can install your choice of passenger lift, and B-Style can deliver a low entry kit – the B-Open – for the front.

Quality and innovation

B-Style, inventor of the wheelchair van, has been building wheelchair vehicles since 1973. Over the years the conversion kits have been further developed and improved, making a B-Style wheelchair van one of the best on the market. You can see this in the easy, intuitive operation, beautiful sleek finish and – thanks to endurance tests – the long-lasting durability of all the components. This quality is widely recognised: we are a Mercedes-Benz VanPartner and Premium Partner of Volkswagen, and we have Quality Certificate Level 3 from Stellantis.

Safe wheelchair bus

Of course, you want maximum protection for your passengers during a drive. All the adaptations are tested and checked by an independent authority, such as the RDW or the TÜV. This way we and you can be sure that everything is safe.

The wheelchair can be secured to the floor with the belts that come out of the floor. To secure the passenger sitting in the wheelchair there are adjustable belt columns.

Want to buy a wheelchair van?

B-Style does not build wheelchair buses itself; we supply the B-FiT floor that makes this possible. Our conversion partners build the wheelchair bus for you. We have a large network of conversion partners worldwide, and we are always happy to put you in touch with them. If you are a conversion company yourself and want more information about our conversion kits, please contact us via the orange button at the top right.
